Here is the brief and concepts for our intended graphics (invitation and members exclusive card)

Invitation -

Name: Inner Circle (rules the page)
Date/time: 7:00 – 8:00pm, Thursday 8th of October
Venue: Auckland Town hall VIP room

Name of Orchestra piece: Great classics three (“Performing: Great classics three”)

Provided: “Wine and cheese provided” and free access to VIP area during Orchestra performance.
Tickets: $45.00
Available from: The Edge (small print) www.the-edge.co.nz

Entertainment: - Celebrity MC (may be able to have a name – just not yet), background violinist to set the scene, Pre-orchestra talk by member of APO.

Eftpos: Eftpos machine/subscription ability (just chuck that somewhere)
Must appear: R18 (somewhere), APO logo (will email through soon) APO website “www.APO/innercircle.co.nz”
Look and feel: Classy, try get some wine in there and just make people want to come. I know there’s quite a lot of info so probably not too much room for visual. Mine were a bit ‘Busy’.

Membership card -

Front.
Must appear: APO logo, R18 and APO website “www.APO/innercircle.co.nz”

Group name: Inner Circle.
Cost: $120 Inner Circle card (small print somewhere in bottom corner).
Simple but glamorous. Sparkles etc – you wanna whip this out of your pocket and people be like 000000000hhhhh.

Welcome to the APO’s exclusive Inner Circle group.
This card provides you with:
· $5 tickets (including booking fee) to any APO event
· Only available to people between the age of 23 – 29
· Seated together in rows G or B reserve seats (subject to availability)

· Access to the tri-annual Inner Circle interval gathering, with unlimited wine and cheese in the balcony of the ‘Vero Great Classics’ concerts along with selected APO VIPS.

· On these evenings they will also receive a drinks voucher to join the orchestra after the concert.
